Hello!

With a little over a month left before the season starts, I wanted to reach out with some important information to help you prepare!

Please keep our website (www.newmarkswimteam.com) in mind as you have questions leading up to the season as well as after the season starts. It has a ton of information to help you navigate the season.

Registration: registration is still open so if you have friends or neighbors with kiddos who are interested in swimming this summer, please send them our way! I've pinned a registration flyer to our FB page if you'd like to utilize it for sharing. 

Sponsors: if you own a business or work for a business that would be interested in sponsoring New Mark this summer, please email [email protected]

Practice Times: practice times will remain the same as last year. Our first day of practice will be on Friday, May 30th. Depending on the weather, this could be a dryland practice. We will be in touch with those details closer to time. 

Facebook: if you've not joined the New Mark Stingrays FB page, it's another place to receive information and is also a fun way to participate in the Stingray community.

Rookie Assistants: if you have a swimmer who is 13 or older, please encourage him or her to apply to be a rookie assistant. Click here for the application. Applications are due April 30th. 

Officials: we still are looking for volunteers to be officials. We know this is a long process and a big time-commitment, but we can't run meets without officials! If you are willing to learn more, please reply to this email. 

Fundraisers: to help offset the increase in several things this summer, we're planning several fundraising events. We will host a few more restaurant nights as well as offer VIP auctions for our home meets. We've also partnered with a local business to offer some special Stingray merch! The team will receive 10% off of all proceeds. Click here to view and order! The white towels will be great for Tie Dye Tuesday!

Seniors: senior families should've received an email last week with information we need for our senior nights. If you did not receive that, please email [email protected]
