Wow, what a day!  

Rain, now shine (well, sort of shining).

No matter what, let's celebrate at the pool!

As we work to make this annual event a success and happen tonight, we greatly appreciate your flexibility and understanding.  We will attempt to get all of the planned items in - including awards, swimming, pizza, and Dole Whip.  If the weather changes in any way, we may have to adjust the programing a little and we are confident you will be able to adjust with us.  Again, we appreciate your understanding this evening.

Parking:

Please park along the WEST side (poolside) of N Campbell Drive only, reserving the parking lot for our coaches and KC Whip & Company dessert truck!

6:00-7:00 PM:
Enjoy dinner, dessert, and fun swim.**Parents, there will be lifeguards on duty, but please be mindful of your younger swimmers.**

7:15-8:00 PM:
Stingray Awards

8:00-9:00 PM:

Food: Pizza!

If you preordered your dinner tonight, PatMac's Pizza to pick up at the clubhouse starting at 6pm.

Plates and napkins will be provided.

**Please feel free to bring your own food, if you would prefer that over or in addition to pizza!**

Drinks:

Bring your own! No alcoholic beverages are allowed.

Dessert:

KC Whip and Company food truck will be available! The Team will provide each person with a ticket to redeem for a single serving of dole whip! Tickets can be picked up in the clubhouse. Any additional servings will be available to purchase for $3.

Don't forget your own chair tonight as Brookings just doesn't have enough for us all.
